The Genesis of TrailFinder

Way back in the year 1936, Mr. Haji Chettali Mohammed Kutty ventured into the Travel Business. "Kutty Travel Services (I)" was established in Chennai (Tamil Nadu) then called 'Madras'. The Company was the passage broker #1 for British India Steam Navigation. Under the license issued by the Madras Port Authority, the Company flourished by providing services like Passenger Vessel Ticketing, Air Cargo and Manpower Supply.

In 1979 the Company transformed into "Faisal Travel Services (I) Pvt. Ltd.", whose Corporate office was in Byculla, Mumbai. The primary services included Air Ticketing, Forex, Passport / Visa Services, Car Hire and Manpower Supply (especially to the Middle East). Mr. C.M.S. Kutty (Son of late Haji Chettali Mohammed Kutty), still cherishes the Business Association he enjoyed with the Late Mr. H.H. Shaikh Abdul Aziz, from the Royal Family of Ajman (UAE) and his Deputy Mr. Mohammed Rahma Al Mazroei (Ex Vice Consul General of UAE in Mumbai).

Yet another metamorphosis was waiting to happen. The Company that started as "Kutty Travel Services (I)" way back in 1936 and had transformed itself to "Faisal Travels Services (I) Pvt. Ltd." in 1979 took another transformation. In the year '2008, Mr. Mohammed Kutty Son of Mr. C.M.S. Kutty and grandson of Haji Mr. C.M. Kutty, took over the travel business and incorporated this Company as "TrailFinder".
